Property Management Inc., a property management franchise company, hired Bridge to integrated multiple software solutions, TOPS Property Management,  PropertyWare, FranConnect, Reputation Management and ActiveCampaign into one powerful tool for their franchisees to more effectively manage their properties.

Integration 1: Bridge integrated TOPS property management software and PropertyWare to sync information to and from ActiveCampiagn including; owner and tenant info, billing info, HOA info and more so PMI’s franchise locations could effectively and efficiently manage their properties and communities.

Integration 2: Next, using the same middleware that we used for the previous integration, we pulled in billing and payment info from PropertyWare and FranConnect (franchise management software) and loading it into a billing database that will link to a custom built financial dashboard tool, allowing the CFO to manage all the financials for their business.
